How Our Process Works
Our experts are equipped with the industry’s top computer-aided design software, including Matrix, Rhino, ArtCAD and JewelryCAD. Once we’ve gotten an idea of what your jewelry needs entail, we will present you with a visual prototype (rendered images) of your piece. If there needs to be an adjustment made to the design, our experts will work with you to make the necessary changes. Once the prototype is everything you dreamed it to be, there are two different routes you can take:
1. Upon final approval, we will proceed with the production of your prototype model. Our rapid prototyping machines (3D Printers) will then build your design into a stunning 3D wax model ready for direct casting.
2. Your second option will be CNC Metal Mold if compatible with the design and that will become your master model and mold in one (Ideal for best quality and large production volume)
